RMRBank - Personal Accounts Suite (For the Nokia 9300(i)/9500 Communicator Series)

This is the latest version of our very successful Personal Accounts program. In addition to the core program which supports all the usual functions such as Foreign Currencies, Standing Orders (or Future Transactions) and Account Archiving, there are optional modules to support Budget Categories, Financial Planning, Fuel Consumption, Home Inventory, Investment Monitoring, Utilities management and Expense accounts. It has all the functionality of the commercial offerings, including full Quicken and MS Money compatibility

This program requires the Symbian OPL and OPX Runtime codes installed.  Copies are in the ZIP files you download, but if you need another copy then:

V2.0 makes the following changes:

• Program now senses the type of phone it uses so it can configure itself accordingly.
• On the Nokia 9300/9500 it defaults to storing header files in \My files\RMR\ instead of \Documents\ as it uses in the Nokia 9210. Similarly, all backups are now stored in \My files\RMR\Backups\ and exported files in \My files\RMR\Exports\.
• On the 9300/9500 the Ctrl+Arrow keys now work as PgUp/PgDn/Home/End, and the Help key, Joystick, <Enter> key and CHR+Font keys work correctly.  (their values were changed from the 9210).
• Added extra support for the 'Open Financial Exchange' (OFX) Import/Export system which will be used by Quicken 2005 and many on-line financial institutions.
• An Import option has been added to the Archive screen to make it easier to transfer data from previous versions.
• A new Reference field for Accounts has been added for free text input.
• A new "Full tank (Y/N)" option has been added to the Fuel module so you can enter interim fills.
• The bottom CBA button now returns you to Graphic 'splash' screen (or Accounts screen if you change Preference).
• A large number of cosmetic changes as recommended by users.
• Internal code changes to make the program faster (Still an ongoing process).

• You can now have up to 100 Budget Categories and up to 70 Direct Debits/group.
• You can have Multiple Planners now, allowing different Groups to have their own Planning function.
• There are now multiple reminders in the Fuel module.
• Direct Debit values can now be specified as "Variable" and you are asked for the value when it is actioned.
• The filter in the Archive screen can now filter on "Account" as well as the other options.
• The Direct Debit "Action now" date can now be the date of action or the original date.
• The single 'B' key now switches the Balance window in the Transaction screen.
• The single 'M' key now switches the Middle Column in the Archive screen.
• An Import option for the Fuel module and the Home Module is now available, for those people moving from other platforms.
• The Import folder is now remembered to avoid having to change it if you do not use the default.

V2.2 makes the following changes:

• The Password function has been improved so that you can now apply a Global password for the program itself, or password protect individual Groups.

• The password can now be set with a delay function so that it does not appear for a certain time after switching away from the program and switching back.

• The Auto-Interest system can now have a Category and a Reference allocated.

• The Auto-Interest payment has the 'Estimated' attribute set.

• Budget screen now has an Export option.

• All export options now allow CSV and ASCII.
